What areas do you serve? +
Lugh Aviation provides helicopter pilot services throughout the continental United States. Our home base is Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, but we deploy to maintenance facilities, heliports, and operators nationwide.
What certifications do your pilots hold? +
All Lugh Aviation pilots are current commercial pilots with appropriate ratings for the aircraft and mission. Every pilot carries current insurance and meets all 14 CFR requirements for the operation.
How quickly can you dispatch a pilot? +
For most standard requests, we can have a pilot on-site within 24-48 hours. For urgent or same-day needs, call us directly at 412-529-9188 and we'll do everything we can to accommodate.
What types of aircraft do you operate? +
We specialize in helicopter operations across multiple platforms. Contact us with your specific aircraft type and mission requirements, and we'll confirm we can support your needs.
Do you offer recurring or contract services? +
Yes. We offer single call-out engagements, recurring weekly or monthly coverage, and long-term contract arrangements. We'll work with you to find the model that best fits your operation's rhythm.

Do you operate under Part 135 or Part 91? +
We primarily serve Part 91 operators and Part 145 maintenance organizations. Each engagement is structured in compliance with the applicable regulations for the specific operation.
